Justuno's original promotion builder dropped clients straight into a blank, freeform design canvas. It was powerful for anyone comfortable with a design tool, but most clients weren't, and a lot of promotions never made it to publish because the starting point asked too much too soon.
I designed and built a guided wizard to replace the blank canvas, walking clients through device, display style, goal, theme, and audience one decision at a time. Each step only asked one question, with the options illustrated rather than described, so nobody had to guess what a "centered popup" or a "lead capture" goal actually meant.
The final step brought everything together into a live preview clients could publish as-is, or edit further without leaving the flow. Editing loaded the same text and style editor from the dashboard, prefilled with the promotion's exact wording, so any change stayed consistent with what they'd already built.
Published promotions went up almost immediately after launch. Clients got from a blank state to a live promotion in minutes instead of abandoning the canvas partway through, and the guided flow gave less technical clients a way in without losing the option to dig deeper when they wanted to.
